Step 2 Clinical Knowledge (CK) is where you apply your foundational knowledge to real-world clinical scenarios. This multiple-choice exam evaluates your ability to diagnose and manage patient conditions, covering internal medicine, surgery, pediatrics, obstetrics & gynecology, and psychiatry.

USMLE Step 3: The Final Gateway to Licensure

Day 1 focuses on multiple-choice questions (Foundations of Independent Practice), while Day 2 combines multiple-choice questions with Computer-based Case Simulations (CCS), where you manage patient care in real-time.
